Unrelated business income explanation Part V line 3b The Club has a profit of $ 18,315 (net UBI)from parking rentals. This is reported on Form 990-T.
Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6 There is only one class of members. All members have voting rights.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a Every year a few new members are elected to the Club. Nominations of new members are made in the first Saturday in October followed by an election of new members on the third Saturday of the same month. New members must be voted in by a majority of existing members present at a meeting that satisfies quorum requirements.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b This is a social club. Members are initiated after a vetting process.
