What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The American Federation of Government Employees Local 2924 voluntarily represents approximately 1200 Bargaining Unit Employees (BUE's) so they are treated fairly and equitably. Managements actions must be in accordance with (IAW) applicable laws, rules and regulations outlined in the United States Code (USC) Title 5 Chapter 7 and also the Labor Management Agreement (LMA) between Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and Local 2924.
