What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The purpose of the Capon Glen Property Owners' Association, a non-profit organization, is to maintain the roads and common areas within the Capon Glen Subdivision.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Treasurer generates invoices and collects annual due every December/January for the purpose of maintaining roads and common areas; annual liability insurance for common areas, and provide notices for the annual property owners' meeting held in August each year and hosted by the President. Road work is coordinated by the Vice Presidents as needed during the spring and fall. Also any snow removal is coordinated by the VPs as well. No board member receives any compensation for the tasks provided. Funds are only spent for contractors who perform maintenance, stamps for mailing of invoices, notices of meetings, Post Office Box annual rent and rent for community center to hold annual meeting, etc.
