Explanation:

As of now all missing 990-PF forms due from the origin date of 11 11 17 are filed. We are a small organization of parents who established this to provide services for the benefit of a high school campus. The founding parents had the best intentions but none had any tax accounting expertise and weren't aware of the required tax filings. Then the Covid pandemic prohibited getting organized sooner. The campus moved in 2020 and the old location didn't forward any mail so we are only now aware of the missing filings. We have now organized our tax requirements and established procedures safeguards to ensure that all are met in a timely manner including instructions in our official binder to help future parents handle the filings. We thought that we were exercising ordinary business care in determining and handling our tax requirements but we were wrong and the pandemic only prolonged the issue. We do apologize and respectively request the waiving of any late filing penalties.
