Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2	The Fire Chief is a Director by virtue of his position. His wife and father are also on the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Company is made up of all volunteers who are members of the Company. They perform all of the Company's activities.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The membership elects the President and all the other officers and Directors annually.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Almost all decisions made by the Board of Directors need to come to the membership as a whole for their approval.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Company has a CPA prepare the return. The Treasurer and a small group of Directors review the return before it is filed. A copy is not given to the entire membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	None of the officers, including the President, receive any compensation for their services as the Company is completely made up of volunteers.
