Part VI, Line 6	Each year Conestoga Swim club (CSC) invites approximately 35 to 40 families to join. Each year we also have 25 to 40 families that decide to turn in their share of CSC stock or transfer it to one of their children.
Part VI, Line 7a	There is an annual meeting held in March every year, with Officers and Board members in general, up for election or re-election. Our Board consists of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary, along with an additional 9 at-large board member, except officers, who are re-elected annually, the Board members at-large serve for a 3-year term and then they may be voted on to serve again. They may only serve 2-3-year terms.
Part VI, Line 7b	The board meets monthly from January through September and then as needed. All decisions are voted on by the Board. Any Bi- Law or Constitutional changes must be approved at the annual meeting.
