Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	A regular member is a person or family who is entitled to a total of one (1) vote per paid membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The annual business meeting includes the election of Officers and Board Members for the following year. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the voting membership constitutes a quorum and a simple majority renders a decision.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	The voting membership has the right to approve or ratify a decision of the Board regarding the expulsion of any club member and the election of an Honorary Member and to initiate and approve (provided the required quorum is met) the removal of a Board of Director and changes to the Constitution and By-Laws.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b	The Board minutes are published monthly in the club newsletter, The Mark.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	A complete copy of Form 990 and required schedules are available for review by the Board of Directors upon request.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The organization has its Constitution and By-Laws available for review on its website. Financial statements are not available for review by the public.
