Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11a	The form 990 is prepared by a CPA from information included in the Chapters books and with additional information supplied by the staff of the Chapter. The Chapter Manager / Secretary reviews the form 990 before presenting it to the full Board of Directors for their approval.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a and b	The Board of Directors negotiates the Chapters Manager / Secretary salary and benefits, comparing it with other chapters of similar size and with salaries and benefits of the respective electrical unions officers salaries and benefits.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	he Board of Directors does not make its governing documents, confilict of interest policy and financial statements available to the general public.
