	Annual Conference: CFTA Inc. led by the Executive Director and Board of Directors completed a successful campaign securing business partners to support the mission and execute the annual conference in person, where participants engaged in educational sessions, hands on learning, professional networking, and activities to strengthen the CFTA professional community. To reward campus innovation and the work of our members, the first ever Ellington Innovation Award was given to a campus member by peer membership vote.

Our Campus Members (individuals) do have voting privileges. Our Business Partners (commercial) do not have voting rights. Our campus institutional members vote annually for directors nominated for the board at an annual meeting in July with term beginning August 1. They also voted in 2022 to approve new and revised Bylaws. Campus members voted for the Ellington Award nominees who were presented awards at the annual conference.

(1) Campus FM Technology Association Inc	n	0	The mailing list and memberships, as well as conference registration data, are shared between both organizations via a common database. There is no fee charged for this sharing. Having completed the startup process for this 501c6 in 2020, the board is now in the process of winding down operation of the c3. This is a slow-motion process by which all revenue is directed to this organization while many expenses are paid from the c3's remaining funds. These funds will be exhausted in the 2023 fiscal year, and the c3 will then be dissolved. The c3 is a sister organization per the instructions for Schedule R by reason of a common board of directors and shared services by a common contract labor bookkeeping company. In 2022 there were no transfers of assets between the two orgs. Their only common activities were these shared resources.
