PART I, LINE 1A HOUSING ALLOWANCE - THE UNIVERSITY'S PRESIDENT IS REQUIRED TO LIVE IN AN ON-CAMPUS RESIDENCE. THE ARRANGEMENT MEETS THE IRC EXCLUSION FROM GROSS INCOME AND IS THEREFORE EXCLUDED FROM COMPENSATION REPORTED ON THE PRESIDENT'S FORM W-2. HEALTH AND SOCIAL CLUB DUES - TWO UNIVERSITY OFFICERS WERE PROVIDED BENEFITS TO A SOCIAL CLUB TOTALING $38,797. IT IS THE UNIVERSITY'S POLICY TO TREAT THE ABOVE ITEMS AS TAXABLE COMPENSATION AND REPORT THE APPLICABLE AMOUNTS ON THE INDIVIDUAL'S FORM W-2.
