Part VI, Line 6	The Executive Board shall have authority to make disbursements of Local Union funds, not to exceed one thousand (1000.00) dollars in any one disbursement. It shall also be authorized to pay all ordinary expenses, such as heat, phone, office expenses, and so on. They shall also have authority to spend up to one thousand ($1000.00) dollars in an emergency. Motion was made and seconded at Membership Meeting to accept. Motion carried. ARTICLE XXII, SECTION 1 (Page 31) Submitted by Dan Knockel . Expense and Lost Time Allowances while on Union Business.
Part VI, Line 6	Paragraph A. The maximum amount of any donation will be between two and five hundred dollars ($200.00 $500.00) unless the Membership is notified in advance by means of the Membership meeting bulletin as a Special Order of Business, except for a donation to a UAW Local for strike assistance, which would be $1000.00.Motion was made and seconded at Membership Meeting to accept. Motion carried ARTICLE XVII, SECTION 1 (Page 23)Submitted by Dan Knockel Powers of Administration. Current By-Law: Paragraph D. The Executive Board shall have authority to make disbursements of Local Union funds, not to exceed two hundred and fifty (250) dollars in any one disbursement. It shall also be authorized to pay all ordinary expenses, such as heat, phone, office expenses, and so on. They shall also have authority to spend up to two hundred and fifty (250) dollars in an emergency. Proposed Change: Change dollar amount to $1000.00. Paragraph D.

Part VI, Line 6	Current By-Law Paragraph A. Lost time will be paid to any member who is performing necessary duties for and on behalf of the Local Union during a time for which they would otherwise have received compensation from their employer.This excludes any overtime pay if the member is absent for less than one week (i.e., 7 days in one period). Proposed Change: DELETE WORDING: if the member is absent for less than one week (i.e., 7 days in one period). Paragraph A.
