We have always mailed in our filing. As this was the final filing it was mailed in. Letter dated 02 06 2023 was received by IRS stating the Form 990 could not be processed as it had to be done electronically. As we ended operations on 10 31 2021 we mailed in the final return. We are now providing it electronically as you would not accept the final return by mail.
