Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The organization does not have stockholders but does have members that do not have a financial interest in the organization but do have voting rights.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	All Officers and members of the governing body are elected by the members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	All lodge expenditures are voted on by the members
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Form 990 is prepared by the Lodge accountant. All numbers reported on this form 990 are reconciled with the lodge financial statements. The completed 990 is reviewed by the audit committee chairman and is presented to the governing board for approval. Once approved, the completed 990 is submitted to the Grand Lodge where it is reviewed for completeness and accuracy by the district deputy in our area.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	All elected officers are required to review the conflict of interest policy set by the national organization and take an oath prior to taking office.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	All officers with the exception of the Secretary are volunteer positions and receive no pay. The Secretary and Treasurer salaries are set by the board and any changes require approval by the district deputy. However, our current Treasurer has elected not to take the approved salary for this position.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	All Financial Statements and forms 990 are submitted to the national organization through a portal on their website which can be accessed by the public.
