Explanation:

The forms were completed on 5/1/23, in time to file, but the person responsible for filing online abruptly left the credit union after stating that the 990 had been filed. Upon finishing the next Board report it was found that the actual filing was never done, and now are being filed. The credit union has now hired a third party to file our 990's for following years, so tht this situation does not happen again.
