What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Our Club is an opportunity to promote high performance racing in the gulf coast waters and to promote the public awareness of offshore boating safety while raising money to donate to charities on the waterway.

The return was filed timely by mail. We were not aware that a change had been made and this method of transmission would not be accepted. It was not mailed back to us for months. This information was just submitted to me that it needed to be filed electronically. As soon as I received this information, I immediately filed it.
