SINCE 2020, CLUES' FTE COUNT HAS INCREASED BY 33% AS THE ORGANIZATION HAS GROWN AND ADAPTED TO MEET COMMUNITY DEMAND AND NEEDS. IN ALIGNMENT WITH ITS STRATEGIC GOALS, CLUES HAS MADE INTENTIONAL INVESTMENTS IN STAFF COMPENSATION, WELLBEING, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND INFRASTRUCTURE CAPACITY.
