What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Statewide professional organization formed for the purpose of promoting economic development and industrial recruitment in the 95 counties of the State of Tennessee. Membership is open to individuals whose employment responsibilities are in the field of economic development pursuant to the by-laws of the organization.
