Organizational document changes Part VI line 4	At the June 2022 convention changes to the bylaws were voted on and passed by the members. These changes are to go into effect in 2023 and relate to the budget and how funds are to be disbursed.
Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The organization has one class of members. Each member in good standing present at any official business meeting and convention of the League shall be entitled to cast one vote upon any matter coming before the League.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	The membership has the opportunity to elect officers and trustees at the annual convention every year.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	Proposal to amend the bylaws may be intiated by a member. At the annual convention changes to the bylaws are voted on by members in good standing.
