What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE ASSOCIATION WAS ORGANIZED TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE HARBOR LOCATED WITHIN THE WATERGATE COMMUNITY TO FURTHER THE COMMON GOOD AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE HOMEOWNERS RESIDING WITHIN THE WATERGATE COMMUNITY.
