Explanation:

The new Administrator filed the 990 on time, however, did not know that it had to be electronically transmitted. We received the letter from the IRS and completed the form on-line as soon as possible. We will not be late or file incorrectly in the future and ask that you abate any penalities and interest this may have caused.
