Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Lodge 393 of Tuscaloosa, in accordance with all policies and bylaws of the Grand Lodge Statures 13.040 are regularly reviewed biweekly during a formal Lodge meeting. Any conflicts or complaints must be submitted to the committee in writing before seeking further counsel. If the complainant is not satisfied with the committee's rulings, then the complaint may seek further counsel outside the organization. This is in the statutes of our Order and each individual agrees to this process and its policies before becoming a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the ELKS USA.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Members of Lodge 393 vote at a regular Lodge meeting, once a year, to approve the salaries of the Secretary and Treasurer of Lodge 393. These are the only two officers who are compensated.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The policies are held at Lodge 393. All Lodge members and the general public, may view these any time they wish during regular Lodge hours.
