Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Trip Membership shall be limited to any eligible individuals as indicated in bylaws upon the Board of Directors approval. Trip Membership shall be non- voting members in good standing, may attend any and all tours, trips, and functions organized by the organization. May not hold any office position. (B) Full Membership: Full Membership shall be conferred by the Board of Director upon those Trip Members in good standing who have attended at least one tour and three functions organized by the organization within the last 12 months, and who have dedicated at least 150 hours of services to the organization within the last 15 months. Only Full Members may be elected to office, chair a committee, or vote in the election of officers and other matters. There can be no more than 27 Full Members at any time. (C) Honorary Membership: An Honorary membership may be bestowed upon any person who has made a significant contribution to the organization upon a recommendation by the Board of Directors and approval by the Full Membership at the General Meeting. Honorary members shall not be required to pay dues and shall not be eligible to hold office or vote.
