Explanation:

This is my first year as treasurer for our co-op. The previous treasurer had to collect all of the paperwork and files to deliver to me, She also was helping me with all of the e-filing. There was also a break where my son had to have surgery and I was away from my home. I apologize, I understand this process better and next year I will have it turned in on time. Ultimately it was just a situation of bad timing, failed coordination and communication.
