A paper tax return for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 was prepared and filed timely and sent certified return receipt to the Internal Revenue Service on November 21, 2022. It was returned in 2023 with notification that the return needed to be filed electronically. There has been a change in bookkeeping services and the books of record have been updated from manual to electronic adding to the late filing. Please consider an abatement for any late fees or penalties that may have occurred. Thank you
