I became treasurer in June 2023. The treasurer at the time was having great difficulty submitting the 2022 forms online. She believed that she had submitted the 2021 Form 990 on time by mailing it in. She is a volunteer in her 80's and had mailed all previous forms in. She did her very best to complete all required forms and documents on time. She did not realize until she was trying to file the 2022 forms that she needed to submit them online. She tried to set up an account online through one of your approved vendors but could not figure out how to actually complete or even get to the form. I am trying to complete all back forms that are owed. We would request that any penalty we might incur be waived.
