Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2 President Patrick Carey and Trustee 3yr Elizabeth Carey are married.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a In certain situations, the President reserves the right to pick members of the governance board if a seat where to open. In most cases, all members of the organization have the right to come in on election day and vote for the people that they would like on the board of officers that are on the ballot.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b All decision by the governance board must be approved by the general membership in a General Membership meeting. All members have the right to attend the general membership meeting to vote on all items that are looking to be approved.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Once the 990 is completed, it is reviewed by the governance board and the general membership at the next available meeting. Any modifications to the 990 are made and then submitted.
