What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Association was formed to provide for the fiscal and operational management of a public water system serving approximently50 lot owners while maintaining strict compliance with the federal safe drinking water act The association is managed by a volunteer board of directors who are elected for staggering terms at each annual meeting The Board oversees the reading of the meters billing and collection of the fees sets water rates evaluates and sets the annual budget and provides strategic guidance on long range capital improvements
