In January 2023, pursuant to a vote of the Union's membership, a Members Rebate Payment was approved payable to all members whose dues were paid-up and who were considered members in good standing as of the merger date of October 1, 2022. The Rebate Payment was calculated based on each members' months of paid membership during the period of January 2012 to September 2023 times approximately $10.90 per month. The total amount paid out as Members Rebate Payments was $60,023 and is reported as Other Expenses in Part I, Line 16 and is also detailed on Schedule O.
