	The organization provides financial security to our members by meeting our current benefit obligations which amounted to $2,411,879 in 2022. These benefits include death benefits paid of $688,532 annuity benefits of $1,297,820 cash surrenders of $64,188 Medicare supplement benefits of $294,981 and matured endowments of $65,918. The organization reserves additional funding in compliance with NAIC and statutory law.

	PFA offers various programs to allow members to achieve the organization's motto of A Healthy Spirit in a Healthy Body. Adult events included National Bowling National Golf National Volleyball and a National Walking program.

Part VI, Line 6	Polish Falcons of America is a 501c8 Member-owned fraternal benefit society comprised of over 18,000 members.
Part VI, Line 7a	Delegates to the National Convention are elected by the lodge Nest benefit members. Delegates elect the governing officers and Board of Directors at Convention. The Convention occurs every four 4 years.
Part VI, Line 7b	The Convention is the Supreme governing authority of the organization. The delegates of the Convention elected the President Vice President 2nd Vice President National Directors and Physical Education Director. In 2022 at a Special Convention the delegates approved an amendment to the Constitution and By-Laws to pass the authority to the Board of Directors to hire a President CEO who will in turn hire the governing officers. This amendment will be in effect at the 2024 National Convention.
