BII FUND II IN MAY 2022, BII ESTABLISHED BOSTON IMPACT INITIATIVE FUND II LLC ("BII FUND II") A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF BII FOR THE PURPOSE OF LAUNCHING BII'S SECOND INTEGRATED CAPITAL FUND.
