Pt VI, Line 7a	Yes, members of the MN FarmHouse Association have the power to elect their MN FarmHouse Association officers/board members. Undergraduate chapter members do not have voting rights for the Association.

(2) Artice V, Section 6 was added with a new postion, Communications Coordinator. The Board of Directors shall have the authority to appoint an individual, as set-forth by the Board, to manage and to execute formal communications, to the overall membership body including the Alumni and the Chapter. (3) Article V, Section 6 was added with a new position, Chapter Counselor (House Mother). A long standing tradition, and action of this organization is to employ a "House Mother." The Board of Directors shall have the authority to employ an individual, as set-forth by the Board, to serve as residential counselor in the Chapter House.
