What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To establish, as far as possible, a uniform system of procedures, costs, fines, and other matters coming before justice courts and to work together for the common good of all Constables providing Law Enforcement presence for the protection of there communities.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 To promote Judicial functions and improve the public image of Law Enforcement. Classes of Members or Stockholders- The Organization has members and there are no stockholders. Election of members and their rights. There are approximately 145 active members. The Board of Directors is responsible for making decisions and there are 16 voting members on the board (there was 1 vacancy on the board 2022-2023 fiscal year) However the president is not entitled to a vote. Only if a tie is reached is the President allowed to vote. Decisions subject to approval of members. The board of directors is responsible for policies and procedures of the organization; Electing officers, approving directors: oversite and approving budgets, etc. Organizations process to review form 990. A copy of form 990 is presented to the designated officer for review before being signed and filed and is available for the other members to review. Governing documents disclosure explanation. Governing documents and financial statements are kept at the organizations office and are available upon request.
