	The AOCC provides contracted security patrol services for the neighborhood and common areas as well as other contract services for the same purpose

	The AOCC provides contracted private garbage collections service twice weekly and recycling collection service once a week to homeowners. The AOCC maintains a solid waste sponsorship agreement with the City of Houston to provide private services. Also other utilities, such as electricity are included.
