Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	All Officers, Trustees, Financial Secretary and Recording Secretary can be nominated for their respective positions by any member of the organization set forth in the by-laws. Nominations are made at the first meeting of October and voting takes place at the second meeting in October. There are three trustees for Walker Lodge #306 and three trustees for the Mary I Clay Fund. The trustees have a three year term and one trustee is voted on if their term expires. All members of the organiztion can nominate and vote for the postions.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Audit Commitee consists of three members of the lodge appointed by the Noble Grand. They are responsible for auditing the financial statements submitted to them by the Trustees and presenting a report to the Noble Grand. If there are no discrepancies they are approved by the Noble Grand. The Form 990 is then prepared and also presented to the members of the Audit Committee for their consideration and final review. The Trustees are then responsible for sending the Form 990 to the IRS on a timely basis.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Officers and employees compensation is fixed in the by-laws. No Officer or employee can receive compensation for more than one office. The total compensation paid to Officers and employees has not exceeded $8,400 for the past 20 years.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Compensation for Officers and employees is set in our by-laws. Officers are limited to $1,200 annually and other positions are all under the $1,200 ceiling. No Officer or employee can receive compensation for more than one office.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Any request for copies of Form 990 or other information will be made available to anyone that asks. We respond to any request for any information.
