Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	Members have the right to elect all officers at the regularly scheduled elections. They also have the right to elect the governing board of trustees. Members do not share in any profits of the organization as it is formed as a not-for-profit corporation.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	All members participate in elections to select the organizations officers and trustees. Occasional vacancies in those positions between regularly scheduled elections may be filled by appointment by the remaining trustees.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	All members have the right to vote on proposed changes in the organizations by-laws and on contract provisions. They also approve all expenditures for local union business and vote on levels of member assessments.
