Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The DTRA "By Laws" are posted to the DTRA website and can be requested electronically. Any changes to the By Laws requires a vote by membership, which is documented by the DTRA Board secretary. Financial Reports are prepared by the Treasurer for every Board meeting for review and discussion. The reports reside on a cloud server available to all Board Members. Financial reports are distributed to the members annually during the "Annual All Members" meeting. Additionally, reports are available upon member request.
