| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 | Deer Creek Recreation Club has due paying members. The members are allowed to bring guests in for a fee. We allow the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts along with Law Enforcement and Military personnel access to the club at no expense. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a | Yes, the members have the power to elect members of the governing board. Elections are held every 2 years for the Executive Board and the Lake Director. In the off years, we have elections for the director positions. |

The return is mailed to all Board members prior to the meeting so that they came review. All questions are answered at the meeting. This will be documented on the Board minutes.
