Briefly describe the organization’s mission: TO TEACH CHILDREN THE JOY OF THE OUTDOORS. WE OFFER HUNTING, TRAILING, FISHING CAMPING, AND SWIMMING. THE CLUB IS OPENED TO THE BOY SCOUTS AND GIRL SCOUTS OF AMERICA, VETERANS OF THIS COUNTRY TO ENJOY WITHOUT BECOMING A MEMBER.

	Stocking the lakes and repairs to the piers and aerators so that people have a place to fish and aerator expenses to provide oxygen for the hot summer months and the cold winters. Due to COVID, we were unable to put as many fish as we wanted but will do so in 2021.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Deer Creek Recreation Club has due paying members. The members are allowed to bring guests in for a fee. We allow the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts along with Law Enforcement and Military personnel access to the club at no expense.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Yes, the members have the power to elect members of the governing board. Elections are held every 2 years for the Executive Board and the Lake Director. In the off years, we have elections for the director positions.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8a	We have an executive meeting every month and minutes are taken. The minutes are disseminated to the Executive Board and Directors for review before finalized and retained in a locked cabinet.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Prior to the filing of our taxes, the Board will meet and go over the tax return. The return is mailed to all Board members prior to the meeting so that they came review. All questions are answered at the meeting. This will be documented on the Board minutes. Taxes will be filed sometime after the meeting when all questions and concerns are answered.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	All financial statements and taxes are retained on the club computer and are backed up on the cloud. They are readily available if needed.
