    Explanation:
    GoodLife has filed Form 990-N Postcards for 2019 2020 and 2021. On 9 12 2022 the IRS recognized GoodLife as a private foundation however apps.irs.gov app eos indicated that GoodLife was a public charity. Attempts to file a 990-PF in Aug and Nov of 2022 were rejected by the IRS noting that the organization has not been established as a private foundation with the IRS [and] [o]nly private foundations can file Form 990-PF. Furthermore on February 2 2023 tax advisors informed our organization that the advisors were able to contract the IRS. According to an IRS agent while the Private Foundation change was approved in October the database was not updated to reflect that. The IRS agent set the change to reflect in the system with an estimated two week period for the update to take effect.
