FUNDING OF PROJECTS TO CONDUCT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT, SAFETY, EDUCATION AND TRAINING RELATED TO THE USE OF PROPANE GAS, INCLUDING PROJECTS WHICH ARE DESIGNED TO ENHANCE CONSUMER AND EMPLOYEE SAFETY AND TRAINING.
