Part VI, Section A #6 The Organization doesn't have stockholders, instead has members. The Members are retired (discharged) members of the United States Armed Services, as well as active duty Armed Services members. Members pay annual (or a liftetime) membership dues.
Part VI, Section A, #7 Officers and directors are elected by the members at the annual meeting. Each member has a single vote. Membership approves the annual budget, expenditures over $500 and pertinent Post 80 business.
Part VI, Section A, #8A & #8B Minutes of the meetings of the governing body and the executive committee (board) are taken and maintained as a matter of record. The Post adjutant maintains the records.
Part VI, Section B, Line 11B The finance committee reviews and approves the Form 990. The Committee consists of seven Post members. The Committee is chaired by the finance officer.
