What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? PATRIOTIC SERVICE ORGANIZATION, GIVING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND VOLUNTEER HOURS TO SUPPORT VETERANS AND THE PUBLIC. THE AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY IS THE WORLD'S LARGEST WOMEN'S SERVICE ORGANIZATION.
