What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO ASSIST IN RAISING FUNDS TO EDUCATE CARPENTERS AND OTHER BUILDING TRADE MEMBERS AS TO CHANGING LABOR CONDITIONS AND CONTRACTUAL ARANGMENTS. ALSO FUNDS ARE TO BE USED TO PROMOTE THE PROFESSION IN THE AREA IN AN EFFORT TO INCREASE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND TO KEEP ABREAST OF CHANGING LAWS AND REQUIREMENTS.
