The purpose of the loan is a direct financing receivable.The Organization entered into a lease agreement with Advanced Illuminations, Inc. The Organization will lease a building to the aforementioned company for five years with the expectation the building will be purchased upon expiration of the agreement. Advanced Illuminations, Inc. did purchase the building on October 5, 2021.Advanced Illuminations, Inc. is 40% owned by Bill Thrailkill, a now-former member of the Organization's Board of Directors.
