	Hosted Sustainable Trails Conference bringing together land managers and trail contractors to match needs of the land managers and skills of trail contractors. Sustainable Trails Conference brought together 325 land managers from across the US. Led and engaged in national and international discussions on the trail industry, specifically related to the professionalization of the trail industry and inspiring the next generation of trailbuilders. Conducts virtual and in person trainings sharing technical trail knowledge within and beyond the organization. Developed the Trail Competency Framework through a research project in partnership with Indiana University, American Trails, Forest Services, Bureau of Land Management, and the National Park Service. Webinars offered in partnership with American Trails engaged 2000 people.
