What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The WA State Chapter of the CCIM Institute one of 50 chapters in the U.S. is committed to provide Real Estate professionals the tools to enhance members to compete in the real estate market. We offer networking events and opportunities continuing education and promote training to the highest degree of professionalism ethics and standards.
