What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Collective Bargaining- Contract Negotiations
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The Union negotiates contracts covering 700 + members. The objective were better wages, working conditions, job protection and better benefits. The Union resolves grievances which are pursued to protect jobs and ensure that contract terms are enforced. The Union runs organizing campaigns. The campaigns were to expand union membership to improve organizing strength and improve working conditions for all members.
