Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Some actions, as defined in our bylaws, require a vote by the full membership. The full membership can also vote to overrule any decision made by the board of directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 9	The mailing address is the home address of the Treasurer, who would forward any mail addressed to any other officer or boat chair.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Form 990 will be distributed to the Board of Directors for review prior to filing and, once filed, will be posted on the club's internal website accessable to the full membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	All club governing documents (Bylaws and Policies) are posted on the clubs internal website and are provided to anyone expressing interest in joining the club and the general public upon request.
