Monitoring procedures (Part I, line 2)	The Lodge Board makes donations to the Ohio State Moose Association (OSMA)Museum for purposes of the funds being used for general operations and for the Museum to donate many of these funds to the Moose Associations designated charities. The OSMA provides reports to the Lodge regarding the use of donated funds on a regular basis, usually quarterly.

Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The Lodge consists of members, all of whom are members of Moose International. Members have access to all other Lodges.
