Part VIII Line 1e Grant revenues are the Urgent Drinking Water (UDW) grant from the California State Water Resources Control Board. The purpose for this funding is to provide clean drinking water to the resident population of the Beverly-Grand Mutual Water Co by consolidating water supply services with the City of Porterville.
Part IX Line 24a Construction expenses were monies paid for the consolidation project fund by the UDW grant mentioned in Part VIII Line 1e.
