| Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 20 | According to the 990 Form we have $746 in assets more than we are supposed to have. As was mentioned in our 2021 filing, the accounting practices that predated my taking the treasurer's position seemed to be sloppy and none of the numbers matched. I have taken great pains to try to bring the reporting into balance. To that end, I have used an Excel spreadsheet and carefully gone through every cashed and uncashed check, every debt, and every penny paid to us. The LM3 report filed with the department of labor is correct to my best knowledge. Adding the $746 to this filing will make our LM3 numbers match those being reported on the 990. My best guess as to what is going on is that, trying to straighten all of this out last year meant that I accidentally under-reported our cash (or counted a liability as cash on hand, etc). -Dr. Allen Renfro, Ph.D. 4/2/2023 |
